My Purpose:
Although I want the focus of
this website to educate you about the most important aspects of using an
Exclusive Buyer Broker, and also about our area, schools, mortgages and the
like, I am sure that some of you may want to know a little more about me.
So for you, I will say a little about my credentials, but more importantly, I
will tell you all about the quality of service you can expect to receive from
me...
My
Past:
I have been self-employed
since 1986, in very diversified businesses. I discovered my niche in Real
Estate in 1996. Since then I have worked in 2 of the area's
"Mega" Firms. It is there I discovered this compassion for buyers
and my discouragement with their lack of complete representation. In 1998,
I decided to become an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. I was a $3 million
producer the first year. The more I learned and practiced this
concept of being a complete buyer's advocate, the busier I became. I was
amazed at how welcome this approach was to the consumer, and that most people
had never been told about the conflicts which exist when using a traditional
agent to purchase a home. So I set out to educate and help as many people
as I could. I have a great passion for what I do, and enjoy every minute
of it!
My
Present:
In 1999, I attended Broker classes, studied every minute
I wasn't helping clients or caring
for my 5 yr son. (Yes, I'm a mom too, two sons, one 5 and the other
19). Passed the state exam, obtained my Brokers license and started my own
agency in October, 1999.
My
Future:
This year has been the best ever and I am so
pleased with the amount of money and time I have been able to save so many
clients, whom I now call friends. Not to mention the enjoyment I get just
from teaching and guiding people through this complex process. I also
received my "Accredited Buyers Representative" designation this year
(a course worth it's weight in gold) and learned even more
ways to help my clients.
Now, I want to tell you
exactly how I will make buying a home, a walk in the park...
How
do I make home buying a breeze?
